What you need:
Per serving
1 flour tortilla
2 teaspoon mayonnaise
2 teaspoon Ballymaloe Country Relish
Mixed salad leaves or Rocket
2 slices of roast beef
What to do:
Spread the mayonnaise and the Ballymaloe Country Relish on the base of the wrap. Then place a layer of lettuce and finally 2 slices of beef. Roll tightly and serve with a side salad.
