What you need:
Per person
2 slices of Brie Cheese
A few slices of roast or smoked chicken
Good quality fresh white bread
Butter
Ballymaloe Cranberry Sauce
What to do:
Toast sliced white bread, then butter, layer with slices of chicken and top with Brie. Place under a hot grill for 30 seconds. Serve with Cranberry Sauce.
