What you need:
toasted white bread
extra virgin olive oil
Ballymaloe pasta sauce
grated parmesan or cheddar cheese
What to do:
Spread some hot toast with good quality extra virgin olive oil. Spoon on hot Ballymaloe pasta sauce. Top with grated parmesan or cheddar cheese. Decorate with black olives and rocket leaves.
