I was trying to find the origin of my Irish grandfather's chile sauce recipe. It is a spicy tomato relish. When looking on the internet I stumbled across your product. Ironically, my grandfather came from County Cork. His recipe closely matches your spicy version, with Jalapenos. I never thought of this as an Irish recipe. I will have to test your product to see if it is a good substitute when I run out of homemade jars. One of our favorite items to eat it with is meatloaf.
