Country Relish commenced production in 1990 by
Yasmin Hyde, daughter of Myrtle Allen of Ballymaloe
House, the company started in a small way and
gradually grew, and today Ballymaloe Country Relish
is available nationwide in shops and is a favourite
on restaurant menus and in sandwich bars. The
range also grew and now boasts an exciting product
portfolio.
